( at a certain point, robin comes to terms with the facts. laura not responding means more than just an indifferent shoulder, and she was pretty rotten for assuming that to begin with — the fact that she is, probably, taken makes robin feel outright rotten for the thought in the first place. she's solidified now. assured. there's a thick, steel resolve forming up inside her, taking robin's regular anxiety by the horns and tossing it right out the window.
